Protecting access to affordable, clean water
Protecting our water resources to make sure that we have access to clean and affordable water both now and into the future is critical. Our work must include a long range plan that includes a strong climate mitigation plan. Continued work with local communities on the challenges of aging infrastructure has been important work to protect housing and health. Clean water also means protecting against pollutants to keep our water pure. These issues are particularly timely as communities grapple with decisions on data centers and other industrial high water utilizers.
