Good governance is careful work, data driven decision-making, robust long range planning with extensive public input. This was the first Comp Plan with a strong focus on equity and climate resilience. We worked hard to assess and plan for abundant, clean water and improved septic systems. Our parks shifted focus to include investments in active recreation as well as our ongoing work to conserve forests and open land. Staff were responsible and innovative. Very proud of our team and this work.
